You can use InduSoft Web Studio to create native Windows NT/2000/XP/CE/CE.NET and Web-based HMI/SCADA applications — with no other tools required.
The simple drag and drop, point and click development environment enables you to mimic the most complex behaviours of your live processes.

OptiLogic System Builder
For Windows applications development in C/C++
or Visual Basic, our System Builder Software provides an easy to
use interface between your program and the OptiLogic RTUs.
The
OptiLogic System Builder includes the OptiLogicProtocol.dll, header
files, and manuals for use
with either Visual Basic or C/C++. By using System Builder, you
can quickly develop your application code, or adapt OptiLogic to
your existing software. System calls to the DLL are simple and
straightforward. The Optilogic DLL handles all of the ethernet
details for you, making operation transparent. You are left to
concentrate on what’s really important – the
